Acceptance

By using Jevora, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility and 18+ Requirement

Jevora is intended only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, access, or use the app. By using Jevora, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and legally able to accept these terms.

Service

Jevora provides a place to watch outfit videos, save looks, publish your own styling posts, and maintain wardrobe-related notes.

User Content

You are responsible for the media and text you upload. Do not post content that violates the law, infringes intellectual property rights, impersonates others, or contains harmful, abusive, exploitative, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable material.

Accounts and Conduct

You agree to provide accurate profile information where requested and to use Jevora in a way that does not interfere with other users or the normal operation of the service.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Jevora has a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behavior, including child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, trafficking, threats of violence, harassment, non-consensual sexual content, and content that promotes or facilitates illegal harm.

We may investigate reports, remove content without notice, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and report unlawful activity to law enforcement or appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

Reporting and Blocking

Jevora provides tools that allow users to report content or accounts they believe violate these terms and to block other users they do not want to interact with. Blocking may limit visibility, messaging, and other forms of interaction between accounts within the app.

If you believe content or conduct is illegal, abusive, exploitative, harassing, or otherwise objectionable, you should report it through the available in-app tools or by contacting support.

Moderation

We may remove content, restrict access, or respond to reports when needed to protect the service, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

We aim to review and take appropriate action on valid user reports within 24 hours of receipt, although some matters may require additional investigation depending on complexity, volume, or legal requirements.

Disclaimer and Liability

Jevora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
